Refund Policy
The only mechanism for withdrawing value from the user's account is through the equivalent physical withdrawal of gold, as per the schemes, rates, and policies defined by RGT.

Eligibility
The user's account balance, after any applicable deductions or fees, can only be redeemed as physical gold.

Gold Rate
The value of the withdrawal will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate specified by RGT at the time of the withdrawal request.

Process
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the designated channels and are subject to verification and processing timelines defined by RGT.
