Collection Requirement
All items, including gold withdrawn or redeemed by the user, must be collected directly by the user or their authorized representative from the RGT office.

Collection Location
The designated collection point is the Registered and Corporate Office of the RGL Group of companies.

Collection Hours
Items may only be collected during specified business hours. The user must confirm the current collection hours and make a prior appointment before arriving.

Proof of Identity
The user or their authorized representative must present valid, government-issued photo identification and any required documentation (such as the withdrawal confirmation) before collection can be processed.
